Copying projects
If your project consists of task sequences that you repeat from time to time, there is no need to recreate these sequences every single time.
You can copy these repeatable sequences in different ways:
- Clone a project if you'd like to repeat it;
- Use the Copy & Paste function if you’d like to repeat a task sequence.
How to Copy & Paste tasks:
Select one or more tasks, right-click, and click Copy. Alternatively, use Ctrl/Cmd+C to copy the tasks.
Go to another project and pick the place on the canvas where you want to Paste the selected tasks.
Right-click and select Paste. Alternatively, use Ctrl/Cmd+V to paste the tasks.
The box with the selected tasks will appear, so you can choose where to place them on the canvas. Then simply click Apply.
Just keep in mind that you can't copy & paste projects between the Workspaces.
